All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 58qgame are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

You may close your 58qgame account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
